We’re searching for a Marketing Director for our small, growing ad agency. You will work in collaboration with creative teams, clients, and agency ownership to creating winning campaigns that sell.

In this role you will meet with existing and potential clients to understand their current strategies, and then work with interdepartmental teams to create new ideas that will represent their brand more effectively and profitability.

You will lead teams in research including pricing, demographic and sales trends, competitor research, and historical patterns in order to guide the strategic direction of our work. Your marketing campaigns will enthrall customers at all points of the digital spectrum.

You will show leadership by monitoring and driving project results. You will be skilled at spotting market trends, then guiding teams to capitalize on them. You will be able to handle deadline pressure, while still leading teams to hit the numbers. You will be a team player and coherent leader as you work hand-in-hand with department heads across the agency.

You will have overall fiscal responsibility for client budgets along with agency forecasts.The position requires five years of proven performance in an agency setting. While a Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum educational standard, a master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
