The Marketing Manager we are seeking will analyze all available data and lead a team to implement strategies to protect current market shares and capture new ones. You will develop market strategies to launch new products and improve sales for established lines. You will direct teams in extensive research encompassing pricing strategies, demographics and sales trends, competitor research, and historical patterns in order to guide the strategic direction of our marketing efforts. This role will require accurate projections of budgets and market forecasts.
You will oversee planning and implementation of marketing programs. You will lead by example, by monitoring and driving project results. You will be skilled at spotting market trends, and how to guide your marketing teams to adapt in order to accommodate and capitalize on these developments. You understand people and how to move them.
You will have excellent communication skills and lead with an engaging team-oriented style that complies with our business culture. You will add to your performance by working closely with upper management, sales, and operations to improve synergy in our organization.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant area is required and a Master’s is preferred.
